Ralph Shepherd was born in Okinawa and moved to the states in 1975. Attended the University of South
Carolina Beaufort Branch for general business curriculum and accounting. Ralph has been in the automotive
Industry for over 32 years and have ASE certifications in automotive parts and ASE in GM parts. He moved to the Spokane area in 2004 and also started his career at Camp BMW in 2004. One of the many benefits being in the inland northwest Ralph and his family have chosen to be sustainable gardeners. Organically grown tomatoes have the best flavor of all Ralph says.
Tyson Snook grew up in Spokane, WA and graduated from Mead High School. After graduation he attended NIC, in Coeur d' Alene, ID, before moving to the Greater Seattle area. While in Seattle he spent the next 10 years as a Corporate Restaurant Trainer teaching product knowledge and sales for a variety of different businesses. After his time in Seattle he decided to move back to his roots in Spokane and make a career transition into the automotive sales industry. With his already existing passion and enthusiasm for the BMW brand, Camp BMW was a perfect fit. He has been with Camp BMW since October of 2012 and uses his customer service and training background to create a service driven car buying experience with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction.
In his free time he enjoys playing his guitar and ukulele, cooking, exercise and spending time with his friends and family. An avid sports fan he is also very passionate about his Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks. He has traveled to Italy multiple times where he spent most of his time in cooking classes or taking private tours of family owned wineries.
