Took my 2012 X5 to BMW of Spokane for a hitch install and brake fluid flush .... everything was top notch , Scott Grumbly the service manager kept me informed along the way , courtesy shuttle delivered me home , saving my wife a trip and the work done in the shop looks like it came direct from the factory . VERY PLEASED.

Our new BMW X3 was found to have a misaligned forward view camera that provided a distorted image when activated. This was discovered by the BMW genius, Sloan Hunstad. We left the X3 overnight for the realignment and picked it up promptly the following morning. No fuss, no muss, it was going to be right and it was. They also provided a 700 series loaner for the inconvenience.

I recently purchased a 2015 435i Gran Coupe from this dealership. This is my first BMW and since it was used I decided to have local foreign car auto repair shop run their diagnostics for assurance that the car is sound and has been service and we’ll maintained. Everything checked out ok except I was informed that the brakes will need to be replaced by the fall which would cost approximately $1700. I live in Montana and was facing taking my cooper to Portland for repairs. I received a flyer from Spokane BMW stating they repair coopers as well. That saved me 12 hours of drive time and the repairs were completed promptly and at a fair price. Thanks Scott.

I dropped in because my car was due for an oil change. I don’t drive it this time of year but on this day the sun was out and the roads were clear. I stopped to possibly set up an appointment for the next week. I went to Scott Grumbly who has always helped me in the past and is a great guy too. I appreciate the text message reminders about my appointment. I was able to cancel and rescheduled the appointment using this feature and it was very handy. It’s always a good experience where one can read, watch television, have a coffee or water in a comfortable waiting room. And the manager was quick to provide me with a hose chewed through by rodents in the event that my insurance policy might cover it. I was quickly greeted and welcomed by Adel. He informed me that Steve was still working with his customer and asked if I would be okay if he showed me the car. I had no hesitation in saying sure that would be just fine. I was quickly impressed when he said I will go get car and bring into a heated space and not stand out in sub zero weather. Adel went through everything he could possibly tell me about this vehicle. He insisted that he have it put up on a lift for me to inspect the undercarriage

I like that they give me options. Working with Scott, he gives me the details of what they have decided my car needs and then helps me come up with a plan. I like that I feel like I'm in the driver's seat on the solutions to my car's problems. Also the courtesy shuttles to work and back are a bonus. It has allowed me to focus on my work while they focus on my car.

The customer service is great,They have b been very accommodating taking care of all my needs, I have left my BMW there for an extended period of time while it has been serviced and I have full confidence that when I pick it up, it will be fully serviced. Quite a bit of work needed to be done, and I don't even check on the status, I know that when it is finished to my satisfaction they will be giving me a call.

Turned out to be nothing, possibly related to recent gas cap change but not certain this is what triggered the warning light. Kevin and the service department are always very helpful, responsive and great to work with. However, I am not at all happy with my car, have had more service calls with this vehichle in the last year than I did with my previous car over 7 years. Again, the service department staff are awesome but regular response to "issues" either that's a known issue,

Mitch's background as a service technician allowed him to not only answer any technical questions that I may have had but also discuss the best longterm plan for maintaining my car. Fixed my water pump and everything else in my 335xi. Was upfront with all the repairs that needed to be done and even showed me so i could see that it was messed up. They even drove me to the mall while i waited for my car to be fixed, and to my hotel.
