| Took my 2012 X5 to BMW of Spokane for a hitch install and brake fluid flush .... everything was top notch , Scott Grumbly the service manager kept me informed along the way , courtesy shuttle delivered me home , saving my wife a trip and the work done in the shop looks like it came direct from the factory .
